What You Should Know Before Reserving Your Booth

Who Can Reserve a Booth?

Businesses in the Autism Field (Service Providers) – $100

Service Providers in the Autism & Special Needs Field include businesses and professionals that offer therapeutic, educational, and support services tailored for individuals with autism and other special needs.

  • Booth cost: $100

  • Plus one tangible raffle gift for the event (gift cards are accepted)

  • A description of the raffle item must be submitted at least one (1) week prior to the event

  • Raffle items may be brought on the day of the event

  • Services are not accepted as raffle prizes

Please note that for-profit businesses operating in the field are not allowed to sell merchandise or products at this event.

 

Vendors – $100 (approval required)

Vendors offering products or merchandise are welcome to apply for a booth.

  • Booth cost: $100

  • All merchandise or product sales must be approved in advance by Autism Moms of Houston

  • Autism Moms of Houston reserves the right to sell select items exclusively as fundraisers for our organization

 

Nonprofit Organizations – FREE of cost

Nonprofit organizations may reserve a free table to share their mission and resources with the community.

  • Plus one tangible raffle gift for the event (gift cards are accepted)

  • A description of the raffle item must be submitted at least one (1) week prior to the event

  • Raffle items may be brought on the day of the event

  • Services are not accepted as raffle prizes

Please note:

  • Selling merchandise or products is not permitted

  • Fundraising activities are not allowed at the event

 

Autistic Entrepreneurs & Talented Individuals on the spectrum – FREE of cost

We are proud to support young entrepreneurs on the spectrum! If you are a talented young business owner, you can have a booth at no cost to showcase and promote your business within our community.
