What to Expect at the Serenity Retreat

Moms will be welcomed into a calming outdoor space designed for relaxation, reflection, and connection. The day will begin with gentle grounding activities and an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

Through mindful movement, soothing scents, and moments of quiet reflection, you’ll experience a sense of renewal and inner calm. You’ll also enjoy a light, nourishing lunch and a few heartfelt surprises that will make this day truly memorable.

This retreat is a chance to pause from the busyness of caregiving, to be cared for, and to leave feeling refreshed, centered, and inspired.
