January Moms Meetup: Movement & Meditation (FREE Event)

For this month of January, our Moms Meetup will be very special. Autism Moms of Houston, in collaboration with Girasoul and sponsored by Busy Body Pilates, is bringing a meaningful evening of movement and meditation created especially for moms of children with autism and other special needs.

This experience is designed to help you refresh your body, calm your mind, and restore your spirit in a supportive and welcoming environment.

This is a FREE event.

Date: Thursday, January 22, 2026

Location: 4202 N Main St, Houston, TX 77009

Time Slots (select one when registering):

• First Session: 6:00 – 7:30 PM

• Second Session: 7:45 – 9:15 PM

Please note: We are offering two time slots. Seating is first come, first served. If your selected time slot is no longer available after you register, you will be placed in the next available slot and notified accordingly.

Space is limited. We kindly ask that you reserve a spot only if you are able to attend, so more moms in our community can benefit from this experience.
